Live Well @JCC – Body Fit Strength
Live Well @ the JCC of Middlesex County in Edison is a health, fitness, and wellness program for the over-55 age group. Jewish Family & Children’s Service offers a Dementia Caregiver Connection Group, which will include a separate activity for family members with dementia, at Artis Senior Living in Princeton. The service’s chaplain, Beverly Rubman, will facilitate, offering techniques and resources for those caring for someone with dementia or other memory impairment.
