“Disobedience: The Sousa Mendes Story”
Part of summer film festival, telling the story of Aristides de Sousa Mendes, the Portuguese Consul General stationed in Bordeaux, France, during World War II who defies orders from his government and issues more than 30,000 visas to people fleeing the Holocaust. Milestones and meanings
