ZIMMERMAN-LEFTON
Jason and Heather Lefton
Heather Zimmerman, daughter of Arlene and Mark Zimmerman of Rockaway, was married Nov. 21, 2010, to Jason Lefton, son of Lisa and Barry Lefton of Pomona, NY.
Rabbi Shmuel Felzenberg performed the ceremony at the Jewish Chapel and the reception was held at The Thayer Hotel, both at West Point.
The new Mrs. Lefton received a BA in political science from the University of Connecticut and a MA in special education from New Jersey City University. She is a special education teacher.
Major Lefton graduated from the State University of New York at Albany with a BA in communication. He is an Army aviation officer.
The couple resides on Long Island.
