Zelda Levin, 78, of South Orange died April 11, 2013. Born in Newark, she resided in South Orange for almost 50 years.
Mrs. Levin was employed by the Newark Board of Education as a teacher.
She graduated from Newark State Teachers College with a degree in education.
She was a member of Oheb Shalom Congregation, South Orange.
She is survived by her husband, Neal; two sons, Daniel of Jersey City and Kenneth of South Orange; her daughter, Karen Robinson of Pennsylvania; and three grandchildren.
Services were held April 14 with arrangements by Menorah Chapels at Millburn, Union. Memorial contributions may be made to Barnabas Health Hospice & Palliative Care or a breast cancer charity of choice.
