William M. Felcher
William M. Felcher of Livingston, 86, died Sept. 8, 2011.
Mr. Felcher was the owner of the Snooty Fox ladies apparel shop in Caldwell for many years. He was vice president of the metropolitan area Retail Merchants Association.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II who served in the European theater.
He was a member of Temple Emanu-El of Livingston for over 55 years.
He is survived by his wife, Roberta; two sons, Howard and Scott; and four grandchildren.
Services were held Sept. 8 with arrangements by Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, Livingston.
