William Herman

William R. Herman, 66, of Princeton died Dec. 6, 2012. Born in Brooklyn, he was a former resident of Verona; West Orange; Washington, DC; and Lower Merion, Pa.

Mr. Herman was an attorney at law practicing in Philadelphia.

He was a graduate of Yale University and Harvard Law School.

He is survived by his wife, Laurie Navin; two sons, Steven (Kate) and Andrew (Kyle); two stepsons. Andrew (Ashley) Navin and Samuel Navin; a stepdaughter, Caroline Navin; a sister, Jill Sharpe; and his former wife, Judy Snellenberg Herman.

Services were held Dec. 9 at Adath Israel Congregation, Lawrenceville, with arrangements by Orland’s Ewing Memorial Chapel, Ewing. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, Community Food Bank of New Jersey, or the March of Dimes-NJ chapter.
