WEAVER-MUMPER

Elizabeth Ann Weaver, daughter of Bess Weaver and Steve Weaver of New York City, is engaged to Brian Mumper, son of Janet Mumper of Becon Falls, Conn., and Wayne Mumper of Milford, Conn.

Ms. Weaver is a secretary at Bais Ezra, Brooklyn.

Mr. Mumper is pursuing his PhD in classics at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, where he is also a teaching assistant.

A July 21, 2013, is planned.
