Ms. Wachstein, a graduate of Manalapan High School, earned a degree from Rutgers University, New Brunswick. She is director of sales at Indeed.com.
Mr. Alpert, a graduate of Millburn High School, earned a degree from Kean University, Union. He is employed by Marriott International.
A fall 2014 wedding is planned.
