Mindfulness
Temple Emanu-El in Edison will hold a free workshop, “Using Mindfulness to Build Resilience and Well-Being,” on Tuesday, Aug. 21, 7:30-9 p.m. Teacher Tracy Fink will share the tools of neuroscience, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence to provide practices for individual growth and development. Navigating Cancer
Navigating a cancer experience or living with a chronic disease can be debilitating and challenging. Often we feel greater stress, fatigue, anxiety and, more importantly, we feel alone. We are offering the four workshops designed as stand-alone topics but they are collectively integrated.
