The Board of Rabbis of Princeton Mercer Bucks with the support of The Jewish Federation of Princeton Mercer Bucks invites you to join us for an evening of music and prayer at Congregation Beth Chaim (329 Village Rd. 2nd day Rosh Hashanah Service and Discussion

The service, using Mishkan haNefesh (the companion High Holy Day machzor to our Shabbat prayerbook, Mishkan T’filah), will be filled with prayer, music and meditation. We will have a Torah discussion and then, at the conclusion of the service, share a holiday Kiddush luncheon in the Social Hall. Kristallnacht, the Night of Broken Glass, refers to the wave of violent anti-Jewish pogroms which took place on November 9 and 10, 1938, throughout Germany. Kristallnacht owes its name to the shards of shattered glass that lined German streets in the wake of the pogrom—broken glass from the windows of synagogues, homes, and Jewish-owned businesses plundered and destroyed during the violence.
