I didn’t vote for Donald Trump and I think he is a crude bully (“Still playing the Trump card,” Aug. 29). However, when he said that Jews were being disloyal by voting Democratic, he meant that they were being disloyal to the Jewish people by not supporting him. I think that’s a foolish way to campaign for Jewish support, but it is certainly not anti-Semitic.
It’s OK to oppose Trump on taxes, gun control, abortion, or a variety of other issues. But let’s be honest: Trump has been far more supportive of Israel than the prior guy who submarined Israel at the UN Security Council and passed billions of dollars in cash to Iran to spend on terrorism.
