Stanley H. Broder
Stanley H. Broder, 81, of Watchung died May 17, 2011. Born in Newark, he was raised in West Orange and lived in Short Hills for many years.
Mr. Broder was founder and president of Eagle Credit Corporation, South Orange, and founder and president of National Telewire Corporation, Maplewood.
He graduated from Johns Hopkins University and Rutgers University School of Law.
He served in the U.S. Army.
He was a member of Temple B’nai Jeshurun in Short Hills, Tewksbury Foot Bassets, and Orange Lawn Tennis Club.
Predeceased by his wife, Patricia, he is survived by two sons, Clifford and Peter; his daughter, Helen Broder Fuller; two sisters, Marilyn Shavelson and Renee Parvin; a brother, Robert; and three grandchildren.
Services were held May 20 with arrangements by Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, Livingston.
