Stanley Bloom

Stanley J. Bloom, 82, of Ewing died March 5, 2013. Born in the Bronx, he was a resident of Ewing for the past 60 years.

Mr. Bloom was the supervisor of building and grounds for the Mercer County vocational schools before retiring.

An avid golfer and bowler, he was a member of the Ewing Golf Club and had won the Presidents Cup several years ago.

He served in the Army during the Korean conflict.

Predeceased by his daughter, Lori Rhinehart, he is survived by his wife, Sheila Weinstein Bloom; a brother, Harold; and several nieces and nephews.

Services were held March 7 with arrangements by Orland’s Ewing Memorial Chapel, Ewing.
