Sophia Rosenzweig
Sophia Rosenzweig (Leibowitz), 96, of West Orange died Dec. 20, 2010. Born in Brooklyn, she resided in Linden for 54 years prior to moving to West Orange.
Mrs. Rosenzweig was a substitute teacher for the Linden school system.
She was a member of Temple Mekor Chayim of Linden.
She is survived by two sons, Jay of Old Bridge and Robert of West Orange; her sister, Isabelle Stiftel of Atlanta; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Services were held Dec. 23 with arrangements by Menorah Chapels at Millburn, Union. Memorial contributions may be made to Daughters of Israel, West Orange.
