Sidney Wasserman
Sidney (Seymour) Wasserman of Venice, Fla., died Sept. 5, 2012. Born in Newark, he lived in Union, Mountainside, Springfield, Morristown, Piscataway, Bridgewater, and Manchester Township before moving to Florida this past year.
Mr. Wasserman was a commercial artist and worked for Waldor Products of Jersey City for many years.
He is survived by three sons, Gary of Virginia, Philip of Pennsylvania, and Mitchell of Springfield; three daughters, Karen Yerich of Florida, Robynn Veres of Ohio, and Lacey Krause of Pennsylvania; a brother, Jules of Union; 13 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Services were held Sept. 9 with arrangements by Ross’ Shalom Chapels, Springfield.
