Sidney Lieppe
Sidney Lieppe, 96, of Scotch Plains died April 4, 2018. He was born in the Bronx.
Mr. Lieppe was a Certified Public Accountant, serving both in public practice and private industry.
He graduated from New York University.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War II, surviving capture and internment in a Prisoner of War camp.
He was involved with the JCC in Scotch Plains.
Predeceased by his wife of over 50 years, Elaine (Moskowitz); and a daughter, Elise Anne (Lieppe) Berg, he is survived by a daughter, Amy Lieppe; his son-in-law, Steven Berg; three grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Services were held April 8 with arrangements by Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, Livingston.
