Seymour Sarrel
Seymour Sarrel, 76, of Rockaway and Bayville died Dec. 31, 2016. He spent his early years in Lakewood, where he helped run his family’s egg farm.
A kitchen designer known throughout Essex, Morris, and Union counties for more than 30 years, Mr. Sarrel operated Advanced Kitchen and Design Company, retiring in 2011. Later, he ran Utilities Distributors, a family-owned drugs and sundries distribution business.
He was a 2nd degree Mason.
Predeceased by his wife, Enid (Warshawsky), in 1999, he is survived by three sons, Barnet “Bart” of North Plainfield, Louis (Marla) of Rockaway, and Ronald (Gina) of Whippany; his siblings, Charles, Susan Feingold, and Caren Belowch; and five grandchildren.
Services were held Jan. 2 with arrangements by J.L. Apter Memorial Chapels of Dover.
