Sanford Holzer
Sanford A. Holzer, 81, of East Hanover died Sept. 26, 2012. Born in Newark, he lived in Maplewood before moving to East Hanover 30 years ago.
Mr. Holzer worked as a certified public accountant for over 50 years.
He received his MBA from Rutgers University.
He served in the U.S. Army in the early 1950s.
He was a member of the American Contract Bridge League, where he had attained the title of Silver Life Master, and both the New Jersey Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.
He is survived by his wife, June (Greenberg); two daughters, Lois Condit and Harriet Villani; and four grandchildren.
Services were held Sept. 28 with arrangements by Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel,
