Sandra Gerson
Sandra Gerson (Slomowitz), 79, of North Caldwell died Oct. 17, 2015. She was born in Newark and also had lived in Montclair.
Mrs. Gerson was employed by Clara Maass Hospital in Newark, serving for 40 years as the administrative assistant to its president and chief executive, Albin Oberg.
She graduated from Weequahic High School in Newark in 1954.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Gerald; a brother, Sheldon Slomowitz; and nieces and nephews.
Services were held Oct. 21 with arrangements by Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, Livingston.
