Samuel Josephson
Samuel J. Josephson, 92, of Ewing died April 11, 2013. Born in Trenton, he was a former resident of Yardley, Pa., and Bordentown.
Mr. Josephson was the proprietor of Jersey Maid Milk and Ice Cream Company, Ice Land Skating Rink, and Cold Springs Country Club. He founded Manischewitz Dairy Products.
He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
Predeceased by his wife, Mildred S., he is survived by his son, Mark (Fay); his daughter, Barbara (Leonard) Kaiser; a sister, Ruth Vine; and three grandchildren.
Services were held April 14 with arrangements by Orland’s Ewing Memorial Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to Greenwood House, 53 Walter St., Ewing, NJ 08628.
