Moshe and Shirley Rosenthal (Meyerson) of Westfield celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Dec. 25, 2017.

Moshe Rosenthal, a Holocaust survivor from Czechoslovakia, lived in Israel before coming to the United States, where he met his wife through mutual friends. Shirley Rosenthal grew up in Newark and attended Weequahic High School. The couple celebrated their anniversary with their two children, three grandchildren, and other friends and family.
