Rose Kron

Rose Kron (Fisch), 98, of Wilmington, Del., died July 7, 2016. She was born in Brooklyn, and was the last surviving child of eight siblings.

Mrs. Kron was the manager of the Margaret Sanger Research Institute and SEIU 1199.

She attended Pratt Institute. 

She was a life member of Hadassah and selected twice as Woman of the Year. She was also a member of the Temple Ner Tamid Sisterhood in Bloomfield.

Predeceased by her husband, Saul, she is survived by her son, Stanley (Ronda); her daughter, Marilyn (Sam) Weiner; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Services were held July 11 with arrangements by Schoenberg Memorial Chapel, Wilmington. Memorial contributions may be made to the Kutz Home or Temple Ner Tamid.
