Robert Lowell
Robert Lowell, 85, of South Orange died Sept. 18, 2011.
Mr. Lowell had been an electrical engineer at Bell Labs in Holmdel as head of Satellite Department Systems Planning.
He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
He was a member of the St. Barnabas Amateur Radio Club and was a 10-year volunteer tax preparer for the elderly.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara (Rubenstein); his daughter, Jane Evans; two sons, Martin and David; and six grandchildren.
Services were held Sept. 21 with arrangements by Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, Livingston. Memorial contributions may be made to a
