Robert Boyarsky, 90, of East Brunswick died Aug. 3, 2017. Born in Burlington, Vt., he resided there before moving to Ridgefield and then East Brunswick 57 years ago.
Prior to retiring, Mr. Boyarsky was a self-employed sales representative for toys, gifts, and books.
He attended University of Vermont.
He was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served from 1945 to 1946.
He was a member of Temple B’nai Shalom, East Brunswick.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Ruth “Ricky” Levine Boyarsky; two sons, Andrew (Rosalie) of East Brunswick and Harvey (Colleen) of Foster City, Calif.; a brother, Saul of Durham, N.C.; four grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
Services were held Aug. 4 with arrangements by Mount Sinai Memorial Chapels, East Brunswick. Memorial contributions may be made to Temple B’nai Shalom.
