Randy Siegel

Randy Siegel, 51, of Belle Mead died March 3, 2012.

Dr. Siegel, an interventional radiologist, was coauthor of Interventional Radiology, a Multimedia Approach. He was on staff at the Robert Wood Johnson University in New Brunswick and a clinical associate professor of radiology at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School/University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He was also a partner in the University Radiology Group.

He was voted by his peers as a Top Doctor in New Jersey as well as in the greater metropolitan area.

He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Franklin and Marshall College and from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Designated a “scholar-athlete” in Essex County, he was an All-County football player from Livingston High School.

He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Corinne; two daughters, Emily and Sarah; his parents, Phyllis Siegel and Robert Siegel; a brother, David Siegel; and a sister, Debbie Siegel.

Services were held March 5 at The Jewish Center, Princeton, with arrangements by Orland’s Ewing Memorial Chapel, Ewing. Memorial contributions may be made to the resident who exhibits the most compassion for his/her patients to “U.R.G/Resident Award,” 570 Cranberry Rd., East Brunswick, NJ 08816; or his daughter Sarah’s Relay for Life team at the American Cancer Society (main.acsevents.org/goto/sarahsiegel).
