Points of view

I’m a subscriber to the URJ daily e-mail, and read your editorial with interest (“Going it alone,” April 15). I remember the importance of Prime Minister Menachem Begin’s steps to move peace forward.

I hope that the “strongest” supporters of Israel here in the U.S. recognize that there can be multiple points of view for American Jews that want to see both a recognition of Israel and a resolution of Palestinian issues.

I believe J Street and related groups are sincere supporters of Israel, and deserve to be acknowledged as such.
