PICADO-FRIEDMAN

Ida Kosoffsky of Freehold announces the engagement of her granddaughter, Zahava Picado, to Samuel Friedman, son of Erica and Eric Friedman of Manalapan.

Ms. Picado is a graduate of Moshe Aaron Yeshiva High School in South River and Montclair State University, where the couple met. She is a student in the pharmacy program at Rutgers University, New Brunswick.

Mr. Friedman, a graduate of Manalapan High School, graduated from Montclair State University in 2012 with a bachelor of science from the business department with a concentration in accounting. He is an accountant with Mirra & Associates, LLC, Hillsborough.

An August 2015 wedding is planned.
