Phyllis Klurstein (Eiselman), 87, of Chatham and Delray Beach, Fla., died May 12, 2019. Born in New York City, she later lived in Springfield before dividing her time between Chatham and Florida.
Mrs. Klurstein graduated from Brooklyn College’s Dental Hygiene Program.
Predeceased by her husband, Jerry, whom she married in 1955, she is survived by two daughters, Caren (Rodney) of Livingston and Alyse (Chris) of Wellington, Fla.; her son, Richard of Elizabeth; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Services were held May 15 with arrangements by Menorah Chapels at Millburn, Union.
