Pauline Silverman
Pauline Silverman (Tevss), 96, of Neptune died Sept. 12, 2012. She was born in Norfolk, Va., and raised her family in Miami, later moving to New Jersey after her retirement.
Mrs. Silverman worked as a buyer for Jordan Marsh Department Stores until retiring, originally starting as a salesperson.
For many years she volunteered at Deborah Heart and Lung Center, Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune, and the Ocean Township Library.
Predeceased by her husband, Harry, and a daughter, Ellen Baglivi, she is survived by a daughter, Sandra Rubel of Ocean Township, grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
Services were held Sept. 16 with arrangements by Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, Ocean. Memorial contributions may be made to Deborah Hospital Foundation, PO Box 280, Browns Mills, NJ 08015.
