Oliver Krauss
Oliver G. Krauss, 89, of Boca Raton, Fla., died March 21, 2014. Born in Brooklyn, he was a former resident of Manhattan.
Mr. Krauss was employed by the Bildisco Company before retiring.
He was an Army veteran of World War II, serving in the 75th Infantry in the European Theater. He was awarded the Combat Infantry Badge and Purple Heart Medal.
Predeceased by his wife, Roslyn, he is survived by his son, Elliot (Mary “Lily”) Krauss; his daughter, Helene (Robert) Schwartz; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Services were held March 26 with arrangements by Orland’s Ewing Memorial Chapel, Ewing.
