Natalie Evelyn Goldstein
Natalie Evelyn Goldstein, 92, of Springfield died April 25, 2011. Born in Bridgeport, Conn., she lived in Union before moving to Springfield 53 years ago.
Mrs. Goldstein did print layout work for department stores as well as graphic design of album covers at Columbia Records.
She graduated from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn with a degree in advertising design.
She was an active member of Women’s American ORT and a charter member, historian, and calligrapher for the Seniors Board of Governors of the American Institute of Industrial Engineers’ Metropolitan NJ chapter.
She was a lifelong member of Temple Sha’arey Shalom, Springfield, where she sang in the choir and served on the board of trustees.
Predeceased by her husband, Irving, she is survived by her daughter, Barbara of Springfield; her son, David of Manahawkin; and two grandsons.
Services were held April 28 with arrangements by Menorah Chapels at Millburn, Union.
