Morris Steinberg
Morris Steinberg, 92, of Lakewood died June 30, 2011. Born in Newark, he lived in Union and, for two decades, Clark, before moving to Lakewood.
Before his retirement in 1987, Mr. Steinberg was the owner/operator of Green’s Tuxedo, a formal wear rental company in Newark, for more than 35 years.
He was a member of Congregation B’nai Ahavath Shalom in Union and was active in B’nai B’rith.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly (Green); a daughter, Ilene Mulhern of Toms River; a son, Randy of Ledgewood; two sisters, Hilda Massar of Florida and Fran Drescher of Clark; and four grandchildren.
Services were held July 1 with arrangements by Menorah Chapels at Millburn, Union.
