Molly Bernice Burack (Cohen), 91, of Aventura, Fla., died April 25, 2018. Born in Indianapolis, she lived in Washington, D.C.; Millburn; Short Hills; and Maplewood before moving to Aventura in 2010.
In addition to being a homemaker, Mrs. Burack was a substitute teacher in several north Jersey school districts for many years before retiring.
She earned a B.A. from Indiana University and a master’s degree from Kean College.
She was a member of Hadassah, National Council of Jewish Women, and ORT.
Predeceased by her husband, Irwin L., she is survived by three sons, Marshall (Gail) of Miami, Harry (Susan) of Chesterfield, Mo., and David (Rebecca) of Fort Mill, S.C.; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Services were held April 29 with arrangements by Menorah Chapels at Millburn, Union.
