Miriam Biddelman

Miriam “Mimi” Biddelman, 99, of West Orange died July 14, 2016. She was a resident of Springfield for more than 50 years. 

Mrs. Biddelman worked for many years alongside her son, Cantor Mark, in his guitar business, Eddie Bell Guitars in New York City. 

An active member of the Jewish community, her family were founding members of Temple Beth Ahm Yisrael of Springfield, where she served as sisterhood president and her husband, Meyer, served as president.

Predeceased by her husband of 60 years, known as Mickey, she is survived by her daughter, Janet Greebel of Berkeley Heights; two sons, Cantor Mark of Hillsdale and Paul of New York City, and their spouses; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. 

Services were held July 17 with arrangements by Menorah Chapels at Millburn, Union.
