Milton Perlman
Milton Perlman, 95, of Monroe Township died June 2, 2016. Born in New York City, he resided in North Brunswick before moving to Monroe 33 years ago.
Prior to retiring, Mr. Perlman was vice president of sales for Schott Brothers, Inc., a men’s outerwear manufacturer in Perth Amboy.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, having served from 1942 to 1946 as a Squad Leader in the Asiatic Pacific Theater.
He was a member of Concordia Golf Club, and a congregant of Beit Shalom in Monroe.
Predeceased by his first wife, Bernice, in 1985, he is survived by his wife of 27 years, Renee Shuster Perlman; two daughters, Rita (Robert) Galen of Monroe and Andrea Colucci of Davie, Fla.; two stepchildren, Stacey Shuster (Joan Lefkowitz) of San Francisco and Scott Shuster of Los Angeles; four grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Services were held June 5 with arrangements by Mount Sinai Memorial Chapels, East Brunswick. Memorial contributions may be made to Congregation Beit Shalom, Monroe.
