Milton Kaufman, 90, of Cranford died April 8, 2017. He was born in Newark.
Mr. Kaufman worked for the I.R.S. for 35 years. He then worked for the State of Florida, Department of Treasury, based in Paterson.
He attended Weequahic High School in Newark. In his senior year, he was drafted to serve in the U.S. Army during World War II. Upon his return, he graduated from John Marshall College.
Predeceased by his son, Alan, he is survived by his wife, Audrey (Medoff); two daughters, Rhoda of Cranford and Linda (Stephen) Castine of Seattle; and a grandson.
Services were held on April 16 with arrangements by Menorah Chapels at Millburn, Union. Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer’s Foundation, Caring Contact Westfield, or Summit Institute Jerusalem.
