Mildred Spiel
Mildred Spiel (Beilinson), 86, of West Orange died May 8, 2018. Born in the Bronx, she moved to Flanders in 1971.
Mrs. Spiel worked in many places throughout her lifetime, and retired from the Special Weapons Division of Picatinny Arsenal as a secretary to the Division Head in 1997.
She enjoyed gardening, the arts, theater, museums, poetry, and writing.
Predeceased by her husband, Sidney, in 2009, she is survived by two sons, Eric (Karen) of Maplewood and Adam (Robin) of Parsippany; and three granddaughters.
Services were held May 11 with arrangements by J.L. Apter Memorial Chapels of Cedar Grove.
