Mildred Salzman

Mildred Salzman of Maplewood died January 28, 2013. 

Born in Boston, Mrs. Salzman resided in Orange and Maplewood.

She was the former co-owner of Salzman's Army and Navy Store in Orange.

Mrs. Salzman was the former recording secretary of Congregation Beth Torah Sisterhood of Orange, Miriam Sisterhood of Oheb Shalom in South Orange, and the Ladies Auxiliary Elin Unger Post 273 Jewish War Veterans. She was also a life member of the Maplewood Chapter of Hadassah, and a member of the Simha Seniors Oheb Shalom and Senior Club of Maplewood. 

Predeceased by her husband, Abraham, and her son, Joel, she is survived by her daughter, Nadine. 

Funeral services were held Jan. 31 with arrangements by Bernheim Apter Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, Livingston.
