Maurice Ruberman

Maurice M. Ruberman, 83, of Livingston died July 4, 2015. He was born in Jersey City. 

Mr. Ruberman was a buyer for Korvettes and National Shirt Shops and a designer for Van Heusen and Waltham shirts, until his retirement in 1998. 

He graduated from Pace University with a degree in marketing. 

He joined the U.S. Army after high school, serving in the Korean War. 

He was a longtime member of Temple B’nai Abraham, Livingston.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Elise; two daughters, Beth (Seth) Pechman of Chester, NY, and Donna (David) Shahrabani of Livingston; and two grandchildren. 

Services were held July 6 with arrangements by Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, Livingston. Memorial contributions may be made to Temple B’nai Abraham.
