Martin Schwartz
Martin R. Schwartz, 82, of Boynton Beach, Fla., and Monmouth Beach died May 20, 2013. Born and raised in Newark, he later resided in Rahway.
Mr. Schwartz owned and was president of Cliff Hardware Company, Rahway.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Carol; his son, Bruce (Cindy) of Elberon; his daughter, Sandi (Phil) Bushinger of Monmouth Beach; 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and his niece, Joanne Weitzer, and nephew, Howard Lasker, who were raised by the Schwartzes.
Services were held May 23 with arrangements by Menorah Chapels at Millburn, Union. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, P. O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718.
