Mark Tabenkin

Mark Tabenkin, 62, of Haddon Township died July 1, 2012. Born in Brooklyn, he previously lived in West Orange and West Caldwell before moving to Haddon Twp. a year ago.

Mr. Tabenkin worked for the Freeholders of Camden County as a staff attorney specializing in labor law.

He attended James Caldwell High School in West Caldwell, Amherst College, and Rutgers School of Law.

He was a member of Congregation Agudath Israel in Caldwell for many years but was more recently a member of B’nai Shalom, West Orange.

He is survived by his wife, Ruth Chubinsky Tabenkin; his son, Andrew David Tabenkin; his daughter, Emma Kate Tabenkin; his mother, Shirley Tabenkin; and a sister, Devora Gronauer.

Services were held July 3 with arrangements by Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, Livingston. Memorial contributions may be made to Congregation Agudath Israel.
