Marilyn Kurtzman
Marilyn Kurtzman (Nelson), 93, of West Orange died July 20, 2018. Born in the Bronx, she had resided in Passaic, Plainfield, and Westfield before moving to West Orange last year.
Before her retirement in 1999, Mrs. Kurtzman was employed for 35 years as executive secretary for the JCC of Central NJ in Scotch Plains.
Predeceased by her husband, Milton, she is survived by her daughter, Ann (Mark) Efron of West Orange; a brother, Ivan Nelson of Livingston; two sisters, Vivian Steinberg of Clifton and Ruth Morwitz of Delray Beach, Fla.; and two grandchildren.
Services were held July 23 with arrangements by Menorah Chapels at Millburn, Union. Memorial contributions may be made to Daughters of Israel, West Orange.
