A son, Liev Carter, to MARGO BROOKE (PELLMAR) and ROTEM COHEN of New York City on Jan. 30, 2015. The maternal grandparents are Randi and Dr. Monte B. Pellmar of Wayside. The paternal grandparents are Meira and Yochanan Cohen of New York, formerly of Tel Aviv. Liev Carter is named in memory of his paternal great-grandfather Chaim Rosen and his maternal great-grandmother Charlotte Webman.
