Marcella Weinberg
Marcella Weinberg, 91, of Whippany died April 3, 2012. Born in New York City, she lived in Maplewood for over 20 years before moving to Whippany two years ago.
Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Weinberg, a teacher and early childhood education administrator, had been the director of the preschool program at Temple Emanu-El, Westfield.
Predeceased by her husband, Joseph L., she is survived by her daughter, Julie; her son, David; and three grandchildren.
Services were held April 5 at Temple Emanu-El with arrangements by Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, Livingston. Memorial contributions may be made to Amnesty International.
