Lyubov Zernitsky (Rodkina), 88, of Newark died Sept. 10, 2014. Born in Russia, she lived through the Holocaust and came to the United States in 1980, residing in Livingston before moving to Newark.
Mrs. Zernitsky was a member of Temple Beth Shalom in Livingston.
Predeceased by her husband of 69 years, Mikhail, in July, she is survived by three daughters, Alla Glaz of Livingston, Lidiya Zernitsky (Alexander Yakunin) of Parsippany, and Mira (Boris) Gorodinsky of Brooklyn; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Services were held Sept. 12 with arrangements by Menorah Chapels at Millburn, Union.
