Lucille Kazlow (Rosenfeld) of Linden died Oct. 25, 2018. Born in Manhattan in 1923, she was raised in Brooklyn by her aunt and many cousins and relatives. She moved to New Jersey in the 1950s.
Mrs. Kazlow taught elementary school in New York before her marriage. Later, she started a second career as a Social Security Disability Claims Examiner for the State of New Jersey.
She graduated from James Madison High School and Brooklyn College.
She was an active member of Temple Beth El in Elizabeth for many years.
She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Al; her daughter, Mindy of Boston; two sons, Todd of Towson, Md., and Glenn of Franklin Lakes; and four grandchildren.
Services were held Oct. 28 with arrangements by Menorah Chapels at Millburn, Union. Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association.
