LONDON-DIAKOW
Ronli Phyllis Diakow, daughter of Renee F. Laffer and Nicholas Diakow of Port Washington, NY, was married June 22, 2014, to Douglas Micah London, son of Barbra and Bruce London of West Orange.
Rabbi Irwin Zeplowitz performed the ceremony at the Westbury Manor, Westbury, NY.
The couple met at Yale University, from which they both graduated. Ms. Diakow received a doctoral degree in education from the University of California, Berkeley. She is a postdoctoral fellow in statistics at the Center for the Promotion of Research Involving Innovative Statistical Methodology at New York University.
Mr. London received a master of business administration, with high distinction, from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, Hanover, NH. He is a consultant with Bain & Company.
The couple resides in Manhattan.
