Lev Pivnik

Lev Pivnik, MD, 82, of West Orange died Jan. 11, 2014. He came to the United States from Russia about 20 years ago.

Dr. Pivnik was retired as a dermatologist.

He is survived by his wife, Olga; his daughter, Elina Nachevnik of Millburn; a brother, Max ofWest Orange; and two granddaughters.

Services were held Jan. 12 with arrangements by J.L. Apter Memorial Chapels of Dover.
