Leonard Hittner
Leonard B. Hittner, 80, of West Windsor died Feb. 1, 2016. Born in Brooklyn, he was a former resident of Livingston.
Mr. Hittner was vice president of sales for Casting Supply House before retiring.
He was a graduate of Cornell University.
He served in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Intrepid and USS Theodore Roosevelt, and was president of the Intrepid Former Crew Members Association.
He was a member of Congregation Beth Chaim in Princeton Junction and former president of the Shalom Congregation men’s club and trustee of Village Grande Association.
He is survived by his wife, Ann Goldberg Hittner; two sons, Michael (Laurie) and Richard; his daughter, Leigh (Jeffrey) Liesemer; and five grandchildren.
Services were held Feb. 5 with arrangements by Orland’s Ewing Memorial Chapel, Ewing. Memorial contributions may be made to The Fisher House Foundation, PO Box 97229, Washington, DC 20077.
