Lawrence Brand
Lawrence “Larry” Brand, 83, of Madison died May 22, 2013.
Mr. Brand was the retired owner of American Para Professional Systems (Neemi Corp.), a life insurance services business, and a former stock exchange trader.
He was an Army veteran, past commander of the Power Boat Squadron of Lake Hopatcong, and member of the Village Club of South Orange.
Predeceased by his wife, Gail, he is survived by four sons, Neil (Sandi) of South Orange, Michael, Bart (Jody), and Jay; a sister, Sue Feil; eight grandchildren; and his longtime companion, Gloria Buxbaum.
Services were held May 23 with arrangements by J.L. Apter Memorial Chapels of Maplewood. Memorial contributions may be made to Lustgarten Foundation for pancreatic cancer research.
